Start new game on Titan difficulty and you’ll have Infinite Health and all previous upgrades carried over from the start. When the game asks if you want to switch to easy, select NO and you’ll be brought out to the main menu. Now kill yourself by getting stoned while in the air and restart and kill yourself again over and over again until the game asks if you want to switch to easy.
